Sleep

How odd that sleep came straight after sex.

You need to be rested to live a happy life.

Nothing will make you snappy and ill-tempered faster than a lack of sleep.

Try to get a good night's sleep.

Take naps at weekend and on holidays and whenever you get chance.

Maybe skip a soap in the evening and grab a quick forty winks.

In my book, sleep is a good thing and it's hard to have too much, because when you have enough sleep, lo and behold, you're awake.
