Auntie is no drugs counsellor, but as far as happiness is concerned, she doesn't believe the distinction between legal drugs and illegal ones is purely arbitrary.
The main distinction is that using illegal drugs can be harmful to your liberty and that doesn't do much for your happiness.
If any drugs move from one side of the barrier to the other though, then so do many of the objections.
Remember though, that many drugs are named for their effect: speed for example makes you talk like John Motson, and Ecstasy makes you into a grinning fool.
So we can only guess why dope is so called.
